• Deborah is a Keynote, Breakout Sessions Speaker, and Transition Coach.

• Deborah is President of the Watertown Festival and Events Committee and instrumental in its founding.

• Deborah and her husband Tracy sold their successful second-generation hardware store of 56 years in 2023.

• She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications and has a certificate in Civil Mediation.

• Deborah and her husband Tracy have lived in Watertown for 13 years and enjoy traveling, walking the Luce Line Trail, and working on their 100+ year old home.
